How do I order something?
There is no shopping cart. Send me a message with the piece you are after and I will reply with a price including postage, then bank details. Once it has cleared I start pouring.
Do you post overseas?
Not at the moment — within Australia only. Resin is heavy for its size and the postage overseas costs more than most of the pieces do.
How long will it take?
Allow about a week. A piece needs a full day in the mould, then sanding and polishing, and I make in the evenings. Add a few days for the post on top of that.
Can I choose the colours?
Yes, and this is the best part of a commission. Send me a photo of the colour you have in mind and I will get as close as I can — though resin shifts as it cures, so it lands close rather than exact.
Will mine look exactly like the photo?
No, and that is rather the point of it. The pigment moves while the piece sets and no two pours land the same way. Yours will be recognisably the same piece, in the same colours, arranged differently.
Is it food safe?
Nothing I make is strictly food or dishwasher safe. A serviette or other lining would protect the food if required.
How do I look after it?
Wipe it with a soft damp cloth. Keep it out of direct sun for long stretches, and off hot surfaces — resin will yellow slowly in strong light and can soften with real heat.
Can I return something?
If a piece arrives damaged in the post, send me a photo and I will remake it or refund you. Commissions made in your chosen colours cannot be returned, since I cannot sell them on to anyone else.
